Do we have a consultation call or meeting?

Absolutely! We offer two consultation video calls where we can talk through your ideas, discuss designs in detail, and refine everything until you’re completely happy.

If you’d prefer, you’re very welcome to have an in-person consultation at our studio in Anerley, South London. This is a great opportunity to sit down together, look at inspiration, and make sure every detail feels just right for your day.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book us 9–12 months before their wedding to secure their date, but we recommend getting in touch as soon as you know your wedding date and venue. Popular weekends can book up quickly!

Can we make changes to our designs after booking?

Yes! We understand that your vision may evolve as your wedding planning progresses. You’re welcome to make changes up to a certain point (usually 8 weeks before the wedding). After that, we’ll lock in your order so we can confirm flowers with our growers.

Do you only use seasonal flowers?

We love working with seasonal and locally-grown blooms wherever possible, as they are fresher, more sustainable, and so beautiful for that wildflower look. If you have your heart set on a flower that is out of season, we’ll do our best to source it or suggest similar alternatives that will be at their best on your date.

Do you deliver and set everything up?

Yes! Our team will deliver and set up all floral arrangements on the day, making sure everything is styled perfectly. We work closely with your venue and planner to ensure a smooth, stress-free setup so you can focus on enjoying your day.

What happens after the wedding?

We will return after your wedding to clear everything down and collect any vases, vessels, or candle holders that were used. Guests are very welcome to take home flowers at the end of the night so nothing goes to waste.

We’ll liaise directly with your venue to confirm the best time for us to return, ensuring everything is handled smoothly and discreetly.

How do payments work?

To secure your wedding date with us, we ask for a 25% non-refundable booking deposit. This confirms your date in our calendar.

The remaining balance can be paid in four installments, which are clearly outlined in your proposal. Each installment will be sent as a separate invoice, making it easy to manage payments over time.
